Bring your ballot and your voters’ pamphlet and join other citizens engaging in civic activity. Discuss the sticky issues with other folks, or just use the shared energy to get this done and feel like you’re part of something bigger.

I grew up in Oregon where statewide mail-in ballots began in 1995. I turned 18 in 1996, so I have never voted in a polling place (except for when I voted for coolest dinosaur in first grade).
