Bill Oakley is a Portland resident and a former show-runner and head writer of “The Simpsons,” best known for writing the much-memed “Steamed Hams” segment. His hobby is making funny Instagram food reviews (@thatbilloakley) and he is the founder of “The Steamed Hams Society” which is now a thriving worldwide online community for food discussion and discovery.

We will also be tapping Steamed Hams IPA from Level, and Poul will be making steamed hams on the charcoal grill.
